Scope

These terms govern purchases and use of Grillforall.store. Grillforall is the store trading name. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies made available before checkout. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Ordering

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for cancelled items. We will not silently change the product or charge a higher amount.

Product information

Review the exact model, dimensions, fuel type, compatibility, included accessories, and delivery requirements before ordering. Product images are descriptive; the written listing identifies what is included. We correct material listing errors and offer cancellation and refund where appropriate.

Pricing

Prices and checkout are in USD. Taxes and the total amount are shown before payment. Free standard US shipping applies. We do not impose undisclosed mandatory fees.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Handling is 1–2 business days and transit is estimated at 3–5 business days. The Shipping Policy explains delays and delivery support. The Returns and Refunds policy provides free eligible returns within 14 days after delivery and explains cancellation and refund procedures.

Safety and warranty

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, including ventilation, fuel, clearance, assembly, and safe use requirements. Manufacturer warranty terms, if offered and applicable, are shown with the product. We do not claim dealer status or universal manufacturer warranty coverage. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Website content and brands

Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners. Do not reproduce protected website content without permission. Do not misuse the site, submit false payment information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Disputes and changes

Contact support first to discuss a purchase problem. Applicable consumer law and available legal remedies continue to apply. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms provided for an existing order are not changed retroactively.
