Returns and refunds

14-day free returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. We accept returns for a change of mind and for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products. Return shipping is free within the United States. There is no restocking fee.

Change-of-mind condition

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unassembled, and complete with accessories and original packaging. These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.

How to return

Email Support@Grillforall.store or call +1 (239) 231-4201 with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange freight collection for large items, plus the return destination. Follow the provided instructions and pack the item securely. Do not pay a return carrier yourself without first contacting us.

Refunds

After the returned item reaches us, we inspect it and issue the eligible refund within 5 business days. Approved returns receive a refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If a refund is declined, we explain the reason and available next steps.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Provide photos if reasonably available. We will arrange an appropriate free return, replacement, or refund. Report issues discovered after the standard return window so we can assess any applicable legal or stated warranty rights.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly to cancel before dispatch. If already dispatched, the return process applies. For an exchange, contact support; stock availability determines whether we can arrange a replacement or whether a return and new order is needed.
